The role requires a commercially minded planner who can use sales and inventory data to improve forecasting, maximize availability and reduce excess stock.
• Build and maintain wholesale sales and inventory plans
• Forecast demand by customer, category, style and season
• Monitor sales, inventory, sell through and order performance
• Partner with wholesale sales, merchandising and production teams
• Support open to buy and inventory investment decisions
• Identify potential stock shortages and excess inventory risks
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reporting
• Analyze customer trends and recommend changes to future plans
• Support seasonal market preparation and account planning
• Improve planning tools, reporting and forecasting accuracy
• Experience in wholesale, merchandise or inventory planning
• Apparel, fashion or accessories experience preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Understanding of open to buy, forecasting and inventory management
• Experience working with wholesale accounts and seasonal product cycles
• Able to communicate clearly with sales, merchandising and operations teams
• Strong attention to detail and commercial judgment
• Planning system or ERP experience preferred
