The Role We’re looking for an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in Consumer Finance who wants more than just another desk.
You’ll join a senior team with the autonomy to own, grow and shape your market, supported by a leadership group that genuinely understands recruitment and backs its top performers.

Main Duties - Building and developing a high-quality client base within Consumer Finance and Manufacturing
- Managing senior-level candidate relationships and complex processes
- Delivering retained and direct hire recruitment solutions
- Contributing to the growth, culture and direction of the business
- Mentoring junior consultants (if this is something you enjoy)
